trimming hairgrass

I was thinking in trimming my hair grass to give it a more even look, what do you guys think?

How is it properly done?

Definitely trim it... it looks like it's filled in really well. Cut it as you would cut hair; I would probably cut it to about half the full length of the grass. It gets messy so be prepared to do some cleaning. Beautiful tank!

trim the front, leave the back the way it is. but that's just me.

when you trim get a fish net ready so you can catcth the mess immediately.
