20g tall first attempt @ planted

Hi All

This is my first attempt with plants. Im a saltwater guy but sold my set up about 3 yrs ago. I got a great deal on a 20g marinland combo kit with stand told the wife just a small set up not like the monster I had lol So i've been roaming around gathering info from this site. Im looking to do a med to low tech planted.

here is the list of what I brought and waiting to be delivered from ebay

20g tall with stand
40lbs of eco-complete (3in sandbed)
nano 240gph hydor k
100watt heater
marineland biowheel 150 HOB
c02 aquatek reg and paintball 20oz setup
glass nano diffusor
glass drop checker
I sold the hood/led combo just wasn't enough juice ...lol

Here is where I didn't read enough....lol

I bought 24in beamswork led 27 [email protected] watt 10k with attinic (being saltwer guy love the look ) but im doing planted so I bought another light again led
this time its beamswork 24 in planted EVO [email protected] 6500k
so now here is the question for all of you do i use them both or use just the 6500 my math tells me im at

6500k evo light 2.4wpg
10k/attinic light 1.35wpg
both lights 3.75wpg

is this enough light for a carpet thats my main goal

tank is cycling right now just with eco complete and buddys dirty media to seed it waiting for drift wood and rock to arrive

any advice, help or plant list cause im not sure yet but I do want a nice carpet bottom hc cuba im lovin

Thank you kindly

Welcome to freshwater!
I'm by no means an expert in lighting, but from what I know. We don't use wpg since it's irrelevant with modern lighting. That said, it's even more irrelevant with LED lighting. If you had access to a PAR meter you could tell where you're at. Alternatively I suggest you just google "20 gallon tall (insert #3W LED or the light fixture you have or w/e) site:plantedtank.net" and look at other people's journals or experiences. Once you look at a couple of the journals you can kinda figure out how much light you need. From the pictures, it definitely looks bright enough, maybe even too bright...
