The next step?

Hey so recently i started up my first ever tank im looking for advice on what i should do before i put the plants in. I bought an api master test AM NO3 NO2 are all 0 and my ph is around 7.5. I havent got any driftwood in yet so it should go down once i get some.

What im wondering is if i could add the driftwood and some javamoss and maybe an anubiad at the same time? Would they survive?

Yes, plants will help the cycle. They love cycling conditions; ammonia/nitrite/nitrate a nutrient source for them, especially ammonia. Plus, there will be bacteria hitchhiking on the plants, and they will help get the cycle started.

Plus, you need ammonia, or there's no food for the bacteria, which means no cycle. For fishless cycling, people either add a pure product ammonia (no detergents or scents), a raw supermarket shrimp, or fish food to do this:
