Medication to kill algae, snails etc in Qt tank?

So i just did a whole tank redo by removing everything and placing in pool filter sand.
ive been having issue with hair algae and BBA as well as snails like MTS, rams horn snails etc growing on woods, rocks.
altho all fish are back in the main tank, i havent placed back my plants and wood, rocks yet.
before i add them in, i wanna know if i could treat these unwanted things in the tub i have em in.
i have potassium permanganate, hydrogen peroxide, metricide, furan 2, etc.
whats my best bet?

Ramshorns & MTS are great algae eaters. I feel big mistake not keeping them.

You can use the H2O2 to kill the algae. I suggest you use a spray bottle and spray the plants 30 sec to 1min. for delicate plants, up to 2min on heavy leaf plants like anubias. Then clean water rinse.

When you put the tank back to gather, back off on the dosing. Re-evaluate your lighting. Increase your watter change volume & frequency. Consider reducing the bio-load of non-algae eating fish replace 50% of what you remove with algae eaters.

Just pull the driftwood and spray it.

If you don't address, the root causes, overstocked bio-load, light, not enough algae eaters, too much ferts., not enough water change/volume you'll never achieve a balance in your tank.
