Should I respect Aqadvisor Water Change Schedule?

My 10 gallon tank contains:
4 peacock gudgeons
1 Otocinclus
1 African filter shrimp
3 Amanos
40-50 ,maybe more?) small-sized shrimp like red cherry ,tiger and some crystals
3 Assassin snails

I have the Eheim Liberty 2040(in which I added more sponges and some wool for more bacteria to establish on)
The tank is moderately planted.(Tall hairgrass ,Vallisneria ,Hemianthus ,dwarf hairgrass ,lobelia ,lilaeopsis ,Ammania bonsai)

According to aqadvisor ,I have 77% filtration capacity ,and I am stocked at 103% - I want to upgrade the filter soon anyway ,but Aqadvisor also reccomends 47% weekly water change ,split into 2 separate changes of 27%.

Do I really need to change 47 % as they say ??If yes ,is it really better to split into 2 separate changes?

Can't come to work today ,Boss......I've got Bolbitis...
