Has anyone heard of this plant??

I was sold something which is being repesented as "Repens x Arcuata". They are saying it's a hybrid cross of Ludwigia Repens and Ludwigia Arcuata

It doesn't really look like either of those plants

Ludwigia Repens

Mixed with

Ludwigia Arcuata

Equals this?

Anyone ever heard of this?

I agree. I wish people would tell the truth when they send plants.

The only real issue for me well there 2, 1st one is I don't have a low to mid light area of my tank available right now which is what that plant needs, and the other issue is that I wanted some red colored plants of which this is not. I wonder if anyone would want to buy this...............

I sent him these plants.

A picture to me directly would have answered the question without all the fuss. I had no clue which plant he was asking me about in the PM. These weren't even part of the original plant package.

I sent the HM as a freebie.

Lets just back up here.

I DID write you a PM 2 days ago asking you this exact question. You did respond and I used your response in this thread. There was no fuss as I was asking for info about the plant becuase I wanted to know how to keep it and becuase I didn't want it (you NEVER meationed this in your PM to me regarding the plant as a freebie that was some ricca) and I wanted to sell it I was asked why I was trying to sell that plant flasely.

In the furture please just send what you say and say what your going to send and there would be no fuss, until you cam in this thread you didn't see me throwing you under the bus what-so-ever..................

Iroc, if this plant was not in the package then I apologize. This is the plant I intended to have sent (along with the HM as a bonus)

I have my wife pack the shipments the day they go out as there is no way I can do it before work. It may have been an oversite. I can still send you some at no cost. I'll suck up the shipping. I meant no deceit.

What you sent me is

Which I'm guessing is Hemianthus micranthemoides

You sent me 4 Blyxa Japonica plants all in very nice condiction

and these plants

Which I thought were Hygrophila polysperma and Riccia Fluitans

What we agreed to were
8-10 Hygrophila polysperma stems
4 Blyxa Japonica
5 stems Ludwigia repens x arcuata

and as a free bee some Riccia Fluitans

I would love to get some of that plant but as I told you in my PM you gave me very nice plants and healthly portions for a great price and you don't need to stress about sending me something else, I wouldn't feel right asking you to spend 5.00+ dollars to ship me 5 stems of that plant.

This issue can be considered close between us but thatnk you for the offer, I as stated before simply started this thread to find out what plant I had as it is currently refusing to stay put and floating all around my 20 gal.

It looks like deprived Ludwigia Arcuata. I have some in my 20 that looks just like that. its getting shaded out by my crypts so it grows small and green. however in my 75 he same plant grows tall and the tops are yellow orange. I'm also doing much less light in the 75 gal.
