how many wpg do u have in ur tank

I have 2.76 to be precise

I like I dont want to go over the 3.0 mark and put a bunch of ferts

4.5 wpg... and I do put in a bunch of ferts and CO2. Algae is manageable, and I had to see that to believe it.

cleek, since bulbs loose their effectiveness over time,
on average you'll probably have 2.3wpg this year, so
don't worry if avoiding 3wpg is your objective. even
at 2.3wpg you should still dose trace & micro's to be
sure your plants out compete algae for nutrients.

ya I know , I do fert but not alot its a new tank so ill take my time to add more lights and go over 3.0 someday, now im fine w/o algae...my light fixture can go up to 3.3-4

I have 5.5 on my 20gal
and 4.7 on my 55 gal
Both have CO2 injection and I am start dosing ferts reg today (the algae is not a good look)

2.40 wpg on a 55 gallon; CO2 supplementation

The most algae is in my 20 gallon. Very little algae in my 24 and 55 gallon.
