how to keep stems planted

Ok how do you keep your stems planted when you have an evil pair of angles that constantly uproot the stems after you replant them. i ahve even tried super glue small rock to bottom of stem and they still un plant them

Spypet, any particular reason that you are using this velcro as opposed to any velcro you can purchase in a hardware store or craft store at a fraction of the cost??
