When can/should I stock a newly planted tank?

Hello.

Im in the process of setting up my first high tech planted tank. I'll be using the new ADA Amazonia II as a substrate. I was wondering how long i should wait before i transfer my livestock from my smaller tank to the new bigger tank?

Is there a period of time that i should allow the tank to settle?

If your smaller tank is cycled and established you can seed the tank with a filter media from the old one. Or you can plant heavily and stock completly from the beginning. Just watch your parameters.
