glosso wall?

Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever tried a glosso wall? I know that it would try to reach upwards towards the light but what if you just kept trimming it?

you would have to grow the glosso flat into a thin coconut fiber mat,
then hang it vertically as a wall, however I would not pick glosso for
such a project since it's growing patterns can vary so widely.

I have a large carpet in my 6' tank and this stuff grows unbelievably fast. I am trimming large sections frequently; just trying to think of something else I could do with it.

Everything grows fast in your tank I would try it just to see if it's possible.
BTW how's the moss wall doing?

I think I will try it sandwiched between 2 small knitting disks.

The moss wall is coming along; maybe 75% full but it is very slow growing especially during the initial stages.

Alright I tried it sandwiched between 2 three inch knitting discs for about 3 weeks. It didn't work! It did grow out but it was turning yellow. I guess they are too reliant on root feeding.
