howeveri noticed that it has a small percentage of Chlorine in it. Will this harm the fish?

I've used them without any problems hubbahubbahehe. With my high light tank, the sticks seem like more of a pain because I replant all the time, and they get dug up. I like Seachem root tabs. Less messy, and the ferts stay in the gravel column. If you do use them, bury them really deep.

I use those too, but I rarely replant an aquarium. My swords get a stick once every two to three months shoved in under thier base as far down as I can get it.
