CAT... Lights in tank.

Well hell, I woke up yesterday morning to find that one end of my lights were hanging in my tank. The only thing that I can figure out is that my cat got up on top of the light fixture and one of the fixture legs broke off. Now one of the lights (65 watt cf) don't work. Its not the bulb so I guess I need to tear it all apart again and see if I can figure it out.

10 gallon hospital tank.
29 & 50 gallon - High Tech C02 enriched.
50 gallon Pond - Natural.

I hope this is not the case- but I've dropped my share of CF bulbs into the tank while doing my maintenance and its almost always blown the ballast, and required a replacement.

The only time it didn't completely destroy the ballast was when it was unplugged when it went in. That one time I let the ends dry off and when I plugged it back in a couple hours later it did still work.

Yep my ballast is blown.
Should I go to the manufacturer (JBJ) or is there another source that you all would recommend?

Who is the supplier?
Why not try AH Supply?
