Light timing and switching?

How would I use outlet timers to set times during the day for each independent
bulb to turn on if there is only one wire on the fixture below? Say I wanted to
run the front bulb for two hours, then both for 3, and then the back for 2... are
there 2 separate wires/plugs for each bulb? Because if there are, that is all
you have to tell me and I'm good!

Depends on your comfort level with opening the case up and rewiring some things. If its 2 seperate ballasts (which i doubt) it would be easier. It will definitely be an intermediate DIY project at least.

My 24" version of this fixture does have two cords. The fan (louder that I would like) is activated with the front lamp.

Moved to Tucson.

OH, YAY!! I'm so glad it has two cords, I wouldn't want to accidentally break
anything trying to do it myself! Thanks so much!
