Del is right!

Lysimachia nummularia, growing as a groundcover in my backyard too. Looks interesting, with a very pleasing light green (in contrary to the dark green leaves it has in the dry soil).

Must be one extremely adaptable plant. Even though many aquatic plants can grow emersed, they need some kind of swampy conditions.

There's two varieties of this plant, the 'Aurea' is a gold one that has yellow growth emersed and bright lime-green growth submersed. The other one is a slightly deeper green, but still light colored. I can't really tell which one Wasserpest has.
