Hello all
I came up with a rough idea of what I'd like my tank to look like and was wondering if you guys would be so kind as to critique this rough draft. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Placement of plants, suggestions on plants, and anything would be very appreciated. Thanks again.

Oh the tank is a 20 gallon long with 110watts of pc light with pressurized CO2. I will be using a mixed substrate of black tahitian sand?, and eco-complete. Filtration is via a aquaclear150 and heating taken care of via an ebo-jager heater. Thanks all.

Looks pretty good. I am concerned about your placement of the dwarf lily... It is going to be hard to keep that thing from taking over a large portion of the tank... I have a couple and one plant would easily fill a 10gallon when it matures.

I do however like your other choices for plants. You could try in the unknown slots maybe something like Cabomba piauhyensis , Alternanthera reineckii ,Hygrophila polysperma v.sunset, Rotala indica...They are all interesting plants with unique colors or leaves...

hey wellbiz
i will be trimming the lily to keep it on the small side. i had one a while back grow really big and starve all the plants under it of light. it eventually killed the plants under it because i was too lazy to trim lol. this time around ill be trimming it to keep it small also id like some recommendations for hardy yet good looking plants with interesting leaf shapes and sizes. mostly i want to keep everything on the small size due to the size of the tank. hopefully if i do everything right ill be able to make the tank seem larger than it is.

Ptahkeem,

Kool, didnt know if you were aware of the lotus(lily) and how big they can get... The plants I suggested should all be great for your setup, they are intersting in color and leaf shape. You have all the parameters 8) ...
