Looks like Watersprite.

Front right "stem" appears to be unfurling, like a fiddlehead. Watersprite is a fern.

if it has thick roots and isnt growing in stems its a watersprite if its singles stems its wisteria

Definitely water sprite, I have both that and wisteria in the same tank. The stems on wisteria are much stronger and rounder.
