Introducing schools

I am wanting to introduce schooling fish to my 40gal breeder tank and as of now I have nothing but plants in it. I want to put 5 Cory cats, 5 oto cats, 7 furcata rainbows, and 10 neon tetras in it. What is the best order to insert these fish and how quickly as to not over work the bacteria bed?

If you have nothing but plants in it now. Dose the tank with ammonia and do a fishless cycling. After 5ppm of ammonia disappears in 24hour's you can add all of the fish at once.

If you have a good amount of fast growing plants you're good to add fish. I would add the otos last since they prefer established tanks (assuming your tank is new)

Thanks for the advise...I do have a little brown algae showing. From my research I see otos like that stuff.

You may want to wait a bit on the oto cats, but you can put the rest in now.
