Enough Filtration?

i have 2 corner filter in my 30gal and i was wondering is that is enough filtration for my tank? im going to get shrimp for the tank so i would like to avoid a hob filter. heres what i have.
2 jardens corner filters
1 air pump 2 outlets
For Aquariums 12-93 gallons

whats in the tank is
10 checkerd barbs
1 king betta
6 ottos
1 clown pleco
and soon to be maybe
1 bristle nose pleco
6-10 dwarf neon rainbows
and some sort of tiny shrimp
maybe a bamboo shrimo

so is it enough?

I have no idea about those filters, but I have used a HOB and a small canister for my shrimp aquariums. I just place a small foam filter over the intake. This is what I used and just cut a slit in it and put it over the filter intake.

id still prefer just the corner filters if its enough because my hob filter is sinking floating plants to, which in turn catch on stuff and die off
