need some help, plants wilting

Ok, new 50 gallon tank that's been setup for almost two weeks. Running a wavepoint t5ho 3 bulbs on for about 8 hours each day for lighting. Substrate is ada aqua soil. Pressurized co2 injection, both drop checkers in the tank are yellow, I have it cranked up quite a bit... no fish yet. Aquasoil is still leeching ammonia pretty good also, been doing 75% water changes every other day. Just started ei dosing yesterday also. The first ten days I was getting great growth, today I'm noticing all the tops of the plants are wilting and hanging down. Any ideas what would cause this?

Could the plants simply be acclimating to their new environment?

If not, tell us what fertilizers you are dosing. it sounds like a fert problem

Typical EI dosing...
+/- 1/2 tsp KN03 3x a week
+/- 1/8 tsp KH2P04 3x a week
+/- 3/4 tsp GH booster once a week(water change only)
+/- 1/8 (10ml) Trace Elements 3x a week

It could be the plants adjsting but it seems a little odd, i've setup other tanks and never had wilting just at the tops of my plants...
