I'm pretty bad at IDing plants, so i'm not sure which kinds some of those are. Could you elaborate on what they are and where you got them? I've seen similar things happen to plants that are sold as aquatic but are not really made for under-water life.

From your tank picture and description; in terms of decreasing probability... probably lack of CO2, indequate flow, or lack of macro nutrients N, P. That orange Tropica bottle doesn't contain nitrogen/phosphates, neither does Tetra Crypto. You need nitrogen and phosphates for plants to grow. Tetra nitrate minus not necessary in well planted tanks; plants will absorb your nitrates.

Hmm Maybe you are right i will Use Tropica Green bottle its contain N/P, Actually i will use both.
and i will move the CO2 diffuser in order to get good CO2 flow.

Thank you very much.

Doesnt affect plants, not sure if discus likes it though? You should try turning up your co2 and observe whether your fish gasp for air at the surface. 2 bps is really low for a large tank unless those are large bubbles.

What are your parameters? Since you're using a nitrate remover product, and perhaps you have a nitrogen deficiency?
