Sudden dropsy in tank

My very healthy tank is heavily planted, and been up and running for 3 years. Within the last few days, I have noticed a few of my fish getting fat, and now looks like dropsy. They only change is I moved a pleco from my cichlid tank to this one. HELP. :-(

Just to make sure, they are pincone-ing and not just bloated?

Dropsy seems to be more of a symptom than a disease itself, and by the time you notice it may be too late. Some people do have luck going the salt bath route.

I've never had a fish survive more Than a few days with dropsy. Tried salt baths, dips and a few others. Nothing ever works. Hopefully that's not it. Though I must say I've never had multiple fish with it at once.
