Water Quality

So I'm finally going to be starting a planted tank some time in the near future. It's been a long time since I've kept an aquarium, and back when I did, I really didn't know what I was doing, especially when it came to water parameters. This time I'm going to be doing it right, so before I consider anything else, I want to make sure my water source is good.

I have the water quality report from my water district below. I basically just want to know if there are any parameters I should be concerned about and if there's anything I might want to do to alter the water before adding it to my tank. Also, assuming I make no alterations (other than conditioner), are there any fish/plants that are definitely a no go? Any that will be perfect?

Here are the data... Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Your water is slightly hard. I wouldn't do anything to alter the parameters, as you should be able to grow just about any plant and keep just about any freshwater fish in it.

Your nitrates are high, but you need nitrate for plants.
