What kind of wood is in this blackwater tank?

I used to run a blackwater tank with just locally found driftwood and I've been planning on setting up another one using manzanita, but I just came across this video and absolutely love the wood in the tank.

Does anyone know what kind of wood this is?

I think they are probably just dried hardwood that the person found and put in the tank. They don't look like mopani or malaysian wood that you could buy.
