amount of CO2 to put into the tank after a DSM?

After doing a dsm for my HC for about 50 days in going to fill the tank. People say that in order to keep the hc alive you need to turn up the CO2. I have a pressurized CO2 system on my 20g and I was wondering how high I should put the CO2, if anyone could help that would be amazing

You should aim to have ~30 ppm of CO2 in your water column.
