What is happening to my plants?!?

Alot of the plants in a my new tank have leaves that have started to turn clear. They look like they are beginning to die. My main concern is 2 large kleiner swords. Is that really bad, or maybe just trauma from being shipped? THe only thing i have been adding to the tank is flourish as directed on the bottle. Tomorrow I will be putting some roottab ferts in as well. What ferts should i be dosing in a newly established medium planted tank? Heres some info:

eco-complete substrate
2x55 watt AH supply lights
55g tank

Thanks for any help

If the swords had been grown emersed, than it is possible they are simply dropping emersed leaves. Well, someone else can probably answer better than me.
