Does Excel Kill Creeping Jenny?

I have had Creeping Jenny in my tank since the beginning. It has always grown like gangbusters.

Since I started dosing Excel I simply cannot get teh stuff to grow. It melts, stunts, and just fails to thrive. I know that Excel is murder on Vals and Egeria Densa.

May be a moot point now becuase my Pogostemon Eustrallis is about to take over its airspace....but I love the light green accent in the tank.

Thoughts?

It might be that. I think the more tender green plants could be weaker to it. I read somewhere that star-grass has issues, and excel always caused my Bacopa australis to melt (well, no proof but if I use it, it melts and if I stop, it grows back like crazy). M. umbrossum was not as susceptible, but did not like it either. Oddly, HC which is a relative of theirs (same family) likes excel. Go figure.

creeping jenny has a tendency to stop growing all together. It happened to me. Though you can test that out by not dosing excel.

Peace,

I raise my sword in the air in the battle against clado. I have been beaten in this battle but the war is not over. As my wounds heal I amass another army, an army with many legs, an army of Amano's......

I thrust my tridant into the mass of medusa like staghorn. I am wounded but I refuse to take a knee.
