ID worm please

I have only added plants so far in my tank but noticed tonight that I have a thin long centipede looking thing with a red spot on its head crawling around in my tank. What is it? Had to come in on plants I guess....should I be concerned...try to remove it?

I was...lol I got it or him or whatever...gone. It reminded me of the bristleworms in the saltwater tank.
