Necessities for quarentine

Is is necessary to quarentine shrimp? what about adding fish comming from the same tank you just bought a couple from the day before?

You should quarantine any new fish, whether they were apparently healthy the day before or not. I don't think shrimp carry any diseases, so you should be fine there.

Depending on your risk tolerance, it makes sense to quarantine everything. Inverts certainly do have a number of infectious diseases. Qx 'em if you can.

To me, the need to quarantine is only as strong as your emotional/financial ties to the fish already in the tank. IF you only have, say, 2 cory cats, I would hesitate to set up a QT tank. Not worth the time/effort!
