New guy pruning and plant health questions

My tank has been running for 1 week. Planted for 6 days.

My crypt and Micro Swords seems to have survived the move and are doing fine.

On the other hand, my Java's, Sword, and Anubia don't look so good. I think my sword is melting and bba? is on the leaves along with my Anubia. My Java's have slowly been losing color, and now look as though something is eating them.

The lower, smaller leaves on the Anubia appear to be fine, so how does one take the sick leaves off? Do you snap them off at the base or cut them a little higher up?

My sword looks like it on its way out so I don't know if there is any help for it. I have been told that it will come back, but I'm doubtful. Thats my luck. lol

The Java's Rhizome appear to be fine, and the plant has started to attach it's self to it's new home, a piece of driftwood. Some of the leaves look something is munching on them starting at the tip and working its way down. Others more like the edges only have been touched.

Twice now I have used Seachem Potassium, Phosphate, and Nitrogen, following the "beginners" instructions on the label.

Please help
