Manzanita wood ordered 6 got 7

Pics of the Manzanita wood I got for the Discus tank. I will be redoing the tank with Manzanita wood, tiger lotus, and swords with maybe a red substrate. I ordered 6 pieces, they sent me 7 pieces, length of wood is 29 inches for a 30 inch tall tank. I am very happy. I called told them what I wanted to do (branchy to look like roots) and this is what they sent me. Here is where I purchased the wood Manzanita Burlworks - The Source for Quality Handcrafted Manzanita Products

Latest tank pic.

Will post when redone........DC

He ships at cost UPS. So its weight - basically down the road to you... Unless its oversized, that's a bit more, but it shouldn't be oversized.

Those discus look a lot like my new one, do you know what type they are? Also, great wood! Does it leach a lot of tannins?

It will leech some tannins, I soaked my MB branches for about 2 weeks, to get the tannins out, and get the thickest of them to sink.
Rich is a great guy, and has delivered a great product.

The Discus are wild greens. The wood is not in the tank yet, I am sure it will leech though......DC

Tell me if you order, Cooper, we can split the shipping and can trade the wood at the next SCAPE meet. =)
