Does anyone have any experience with these plants? Are they difficult to keep? I have 260 watts on a 75 gallon tank.

It's a difficult plant, it doesn't seem to root. If you dose for K you can cause it to be deficient in Ca. I have it putting out new growth but it is not as attractive as it was when I picked it up. I'm trying it in a cool water tank now as well as my heated tanks. I've had mine for 4 months or so.

Aquascape? I'm a crypt farmer.

It's a fine line between fishing and standing on the shore looking like an idiot.

That IS an aquascape, it's titled "The Vacant Lot".

It is a difficult plant to keep. Tropica lists it as needing very high light.

I have some in a 65g and they are slowly degrading. They barely root at all and the new growth is nothing like the what it was in-store. Even Kasselmann's book says it is hard to grow.

Thanks for the bad news. Well I bought 6 bunches and planted them last night. I will let you know how they progress.
