i was just looking around at posts the other day and saw that having a high bioload can reak havoc with algae outbreaks. ive battled with hair algae for as long as my 20 gal. has been running( 4-5 months). Ive heard so many different ways for calculating a good number of fish for a tank like 1" of fish for every inch of tank lengthwise and 1-2 fish per gallon for smaller fish such as my tetras. can anybody tell me if i have a high bioload!?! 3 peppered cories, 8 orange von rio flame tetras, 3 von rio flame tetras, 1 black balloon molly, and 3 otos in a 20 gallon tall. thanks!
