New tank, 20gal long... what to do?

Well I just started a new tank.
20gal long
Substrate: 100% eco complete
Light: 1x65W Coralife Aqualight 6700K
Plants so far: HC, Taiwan Moss, Java fern, Elatine Triandra

I want to make this tank into an iwagumi(sp)... very simple just foreground plant and rocks... I will eventually take out the java fern. I plan on just using the Elatine Triandra as the foreground plant.. and HC in 1 part of the tank(center)

Im debating on what kind of fish or even if I SHOULD get fish for this setup. Im contimplating on either getting Neon Tetras, Apsitos cauc., Blue Rams, or having a massive Crystal Red Shrimp Farm! (or Red Cherrys)

I already have a 10 gal tank with red cherry's. They are breeding very nicely and my colony is increasing!

Opinions please....

hmm.. na.. I figured I want an easy set up when it comes to plants.. SO I might just do ONLY foreground plant and some rockwork... and go all Cherry shrimp or Crystal Reds once I get the tank stablized...
