Talking Lucky the Flood didn't knock my power out phewww!!

So we had a flood in Calgary Canada where I live and the power got knocked out on one end of the downtown. Lucky I live on the part of downtown that still has power or I would have had to evacuated my aquarium inhabitants.

Here's a link to some footage I took of the flood

So a guy walks into a Pet Store

Guy: "I have Algae on my drift wood!"

Pet Clerk: "Take two Plecos and call me next week."

Now's a good time to consider a backup plan, be it generators or GIANT UPSs. Perhaps both for automation?
