what causes cloudy water dry ferts ?

i do water changes everyday with regular tap water every day with ei dosing
cud the dry ferts be making the water cloudy

Dosing micro and macro nutrients at the same time can cause cloudy water. The nutrients precipitate when mixed. Try to dose at least an hour apart or on alternating days.

As mentioned, dosing macro and micronutrients on the same day could lead to cloudiness.

It could also be caused by a bacterial bloom (i.e. your aquarium is not cycled).

Is there any reason you are doing daily water changes? EI does not require daily water changes.
