Glosso leaves turning yellow - need help!!

I have an 140 Gallon tank with Igwami Concept. I have done carpeting with glosso. It has been 1 month since the setup is in place. all this while I have had lovely growth and spread... Since last week 10% of the glosso in a scattered pattern are turning yellow, pale and mild clear spots in the leaves..

Tanks size - 48 L x 24 W X 30 H
Lights - T5 6500 k, 54W x 4 nos. T5 12000 k, 54W x 4 nos
Co2 - Full fledged kit with Beetle diffuser. 5 bps. Co2 - 20-30ppm.
Water change - Weekly 20%
50-60 fishes + 100 RCS.
Lights - 7 hours

The second concern - I don't see more than 40 RCS at any given time. I saw atleast 15-20 of the females berried since last 2 weeks..I doubt if someone within the tank is snacking on them...I have 15 cardinals, 30 neon tetras, 20 Neon Rainbows, 2 female black mollies and two small siamese algae eaters.

suggestions please

You seem to have a lot of light over your aquarium, but no mention of any fertilization regimen. This is likely why your Glossostigma is not faring so well.

For your RCS, with the large number of fish you have, it is not unusual to see so few out in the open, given your aquarium's inhabitants. In addition, any baby shrimp will be (nearly) immediately eaten by the fish that you have.

What substrate are you using? Would love to see pics of this tank!

@ Dark blade 48 - mine is a 140 gallon and have lit it with 432 watts making it 3.04 wpg. Is it very high. Pls advice.
@ Fiffty meat balls - I have Contrasoil. I'm adding a low resolution image for the time being. Cheers

Personally with that load of lighting and CO2 pumping through the tank, I bet the Glosso is dying for more nutrients of some sort. I will leave it to others to identify what exactly should be dosed (as I have never had mine turn yellow before).

But otherwise, your tank looks beautiful! Good job.

That seems to be a lot of light you have without any fertilization regimen.

Plants need NPK (their basic macronutrients) as well as a good trace mix (for micronutrients). I would advise EI dosing or PPS-Pro; you can find more information in the short Primer that I have written (linked in my signature below).

This.

It looks like the glosso could use a good trimming as well since I see some pretty tall/leggy shoots. Give it a good fert regimen and it should be on its way to glory in no time.
