Will Flourish Excel hurt fish?

Hey,

Got a 20 Gallon Long with many plants. I am wanting to get some fish also. At this time I am dosing Flourish Excel with my other ferts. If I get fish, will I have to stop dosing Excel because it is a liquid form of CO2 and if there is too much in there, won't the fish suffocate??
