Is 83ppm of CO2 safe????

I dont know if my test kit is messed up or not but when I tested my tank water today I got 6.4ph and 7KH. I looked at the CO2 chart and it said 83ppm. Is this safe for my plants or fishes?

If you actually had 80 ppm of CO2 it would probably harm your fish, but you almost certainly don't have that much. If you want to measure the CO2 as accurately as you can, see
This is a laborious process, and probably not worth the effort more than once but it should give a more accurate measure of CO2.
