Question gelcap pill idea for fertilizing...

So I was sitting in my room just now thinking of ways to make dry dosing ferts easier -- instead of pulling out the digital scale and weighing out an ammount every time, and then putting it all away etc. So I had the thought that what if you pre-weighed dry ferts, and then put them inside the quick-dissolvable gel-caps. Each chemical could have its own pill so you still have total control once you know how much you need to dose. When you want to dose, you simply drop it into the tank. It seems like the key would be to use fast dissolving gel-caps, somthing like the advil liquigels. It would take a bit of work to put the ferts into the capsules, but after that initial investment in time dosing would be effortless. I wonder what the gel caps are made out of...

Thoughts guys?

I measure mine for the week on Sundays into one of those 7 compartment pill boxes (SMTWTFS), then each day just open the one door (W) and dump into tank.

Doesn't Tropica and some other companies already have something like this?

It is a good idea, gelcaps or other sorts of slow release fertilizer capsules.

Until the "purple pill" has been discovered, autodosing helps to keep fertilizer dosing effortless.
