Wink Lighting a 10 gallon tank??

I have a 10 gallon I am setting up for a new betta I purhcased, would like to plant it pretty nicely. The hood I have however, has a really dim 13 weatt fixture. What are my options here as far as lighting?

Use the incandescent and a couple of 15-20 watt screw-in fluorescents. Problem solved. The only thing I'd add is ditch the hood proper for a versa-top. The strip light will still work and you can move it around.
