Submersed to immersed?

I know usually people will grow certain plants immersed, then once they grow a little they submerge them, but can I use plants that are currently submersed in my tank, and pull them out and grow them immersed?

Absolutely (though I take it you mean emersed and not immersed).

You will need to do a gradual change of course (i.e. from mostly submersed to just being covered with water, and eventually to a humid emersed setup).

Not to be to technical about this:

Submersed and submerged have the same meaning but different contextual use.

"The plant looked best when submerged"
"When submersed, the plant looked its best"

But for all us "Normal" people either works...

"You Killed Fritz!"

Bakshi references are always cool!

I'm still not quite clear what the difference is between the two. Could you clarify?

Anthony

To "submerse" something
Something is already "submerged"

Not sure how else to show how they are used properly.
