A newbie co2 question

im currently using the inline aquamedic 1000 co2 reactor rit now..

and im wondering how can i check if the reactor is working correctly?

im sure that there are co2 flowing in the tube since i have a bubble counter installed..

well, if you see bubbles going in and don't get an accumulation of gas at the end of the day, then be rest-assured the reactor is diffusing the CO2 correctly. better yet, go test and compute your CO2 levels. heh.

Also, make sure you don't have any CO2 leaks betwen the bubble counter and the reactor. Use water with some liquid dish detergent to make a bubble blowing solution, and apply it generously to every joint you can get to. If it leaks you get lots of little bubbles that keep on coming.
