Microbubbles from my reactor?

Just a quick question. I have read lots of posts concerning CO2 "mist" diffusion and the advantages/disadvantages.

I currently have an AM 1000 reactor plumbed inline with my XP3. When the CO2 is on (via pH controller) I get a fair amount of CO2 microbubbles from my spraybar. Is this normal? Or have I done something wrong here?

It seems to lower the pH fine, and the plants are doing well.

If it lowers the PH about 1.0 units, and the plants are doing well, what's not to like?

Just didn't know if it was normal to get quite a few bubbles from the spraybar when using an external reactor.

It lowers the pH from about 8.0 (tapwater, 3 dKH) to about 6.3

That is probably a bit high on CO2, but if you aren't seeing any problems with the fish you might want to leave it there. I think I would nudge it down a bit.

The fish don't seem to mind. No stress, no gasping etc. All eat well and have good colors, very active.

And according to the pH/KH charts, I'm only running about 30-35 ppm. Are my calculations off?
