The temp is 70f the ph is 6.0, there is a bio-wheel filter, It is lightly planted with anacharis, wisteria, and micro sword and it is all glass.
I also need serious aquascaping advise.

For a small tank, I would suggest dwarf lobelia cardinalis, ranunculus, hydrocotyle verticilata, crypt wendtii for the background because this plant grows tall enough in a 10g.
For foreground, I suggest marsilea quadrifolia - hugs the substrate better than glosso. Or you could also do HC. I like the rocks you already have in there.

why dont you check out the gallery and you may see a tank you like and redo yours like that.
Its hard to help you your basically saying your boared with your tank and you need ideas nobody is replying because we have no idea what you have in mind and its impossible to type out all the possibilities. ( make it a invert tank make it a frog tank make it a turtle tank , replant re arrange paint the back black add more plants , make it a snail tank . See what i mean you will get more response if you ask a specific question.

Not being sarcastic
