I imagine you don't want to pop close to $200 for pressurized on a 10 Gal. IMO, I wouldn't use the Carboplus system either. Works, but is messy. So its either Hagen, or a variation of the Haggen with DIY 2 liter 7UP plastic bottle and a Hagen ladder or small turbo reactor. They have the turbo reactors at Aquarium Plants.com. They work well on small tanks. Check out Rex Grigg's site for the Clippard brass check valve if you like quality. Or you can get a cheap plastic check valve, which most likely won't last more than a few years.

Nothing wrong with the Hagen system on a 10 or 15G. They are perfect for that size. HTH bob

I edited this as I realized a ceramic diffusor needs pressurized, I believe.

i use 2 hagen on one ladder on a 12 gal with 36w and it works fine only thing i dont like is sometimes a snail gets in the ladder and bumps out the bubbles causing them to leave the ladder this usually only happens for a few minutes till the snail moves on. you can buy just the ladder ive seen them at my LFS for about 12 bucks and make your own jug out of a 2L pop bottle.
