PLL lamps

Anyone used the PLL lamps from Philips or Osram with color model 930, 940, 954 (They tend to have more red in their spectral output) and seen an difference over normal PLL lamps such as 827, 830, 840, 865.

Cheers ppl.

Uuumm of I'm right the last two digits resembles the colour spectrum of the lamp, and the first digit as the series? (or perhaps it is the CRI quality? dont know for sure - you have to check with the manufaturer website for the ultimate guide)

ex: 930 is series 9 or CRI 90 and colour spectrum is 3000K
827 is series 8 or CRI 80 and colour spectrum is 2700K

Just for thought and not sure if it is right. Sounds that you are writing from southeast asia though...

In any case you want those with the top most K rating over 6000K.
