Tiny white creatures in tank

I captured this attached to the tank glass with my macro lens... what is it? There also others that are like white dots with tails swimming around and attached to the glass.

After some googling... http://www.microscopy-uk.org.uk/inde...k.org.uk/pond/

It's a cyclops, a freshwater anthropod... must have come in with plants or something?

Or water, or whatever else new that came into your tank. It's harmless except if you have really small fry.

Introduce some Endler fry and these things will be gone in a week.
I had tons of these things in my shrimp tank so I went out and bought some Endlers that are breeding like rabbits. Anyway, once the females started to drop the fry I relocated the babies into the shrimp tank. A few days later and there were no micro-organisms visible and the fish looked obese.
