Dosing/Wc "system" suggestions

I have a 55 gal. planted tank in my sunroom in CT. It's lit by a single 40 watt fluorescent plant light and ambient light. I have a gallon of Greg Watson's PMDD mixed 12 TBS/gal., and the ability to dose up to 8 x day, any volume I wish. (I make & sell dosing pumps). I can also do automatic water changes since the overflow is piped outside. What "scheme" or regimen for dosing and changing the water should I use, and what should I look for in making adjustments to it? When will I know I'm dosing too much? The tank has angels & rasboras (6 or so of ea.) which I feed daily.
Thanks in advance for your input!

You really are short of light for growing plants with lots of fertilizing. At the growth that you can expect with that amount of light, just fertilizing lightly once a week should be adequate. It would also help to add CO2 as another fertilizer.
