When to add plants

i just started up a 75 gallon i dosed a "" cycle"" idea product big als sells and a water conditioner for clorine when can i start adding plants ? and when do i start dosing c02

from day one and get as many fast growing plants in there as u can the more the better

Most forums I have read do not recommend "Cycle" but BioSpira. If your water has been dechlorinated, you can add plants any time you want, once it's up to temp. Can't answer the CO2 question, as you can see from my other post.

where going back and fourth its not cycle but its the same idea and thaks for the help any one got an idea on co2 ?

As soon as there are plants in the tank there is a demand by the plants for CO2 and other fertilizers. Start dosing everything right away, perhaps at a lower rate on the NO3, PO3, K, but try for the full 30 ppm CO2 right away, and go to full fertilizing as soon as the plants really get growing. This applies if you have at least moderate light intensity, say over 2 watts per gallon.
