Hi,

Fertilizers:
Nitrate:50ppm (natural)

How much magnesium is in your water? It is just as necessary as calcium. 20 ppm K ought to be plenty but you could try adding more, one always suspects low potassium with pinholes in leaves!

30*C is very warm for most plants. I wonder if it is harder to keep red plants red because of that? I am not sure what light you have, not familiar with bulbs of those wattages but a tank that large with T8 lighting probably isn't bright, some think you need lots of light to bring out the red in plant leaves.

If the plants are new they often need a period of adjustment to the new situation as well. And many aquarium plants are grown in air. Those leaves die quickly underwater but the plant easily grows underwater leaves to replace them. I see that happening with the sword plant. Air leaves have long petioles, underwater leaves have short petioles and long blades.

Thanks everybody for your reply.
I am starting to suspect the dosage i am using because all website i have found sharing the same dosage PPM for each element but does not say the dosing period. i used weekly dosages for the last 3 weeks but it seems it is not working, now i am moving toward daily dosage with increasing the PPM (so that accumulative PPM for entire week = double time the PPM i have mentioned in the first post in this thread), but before doing so i need your opinions.

Many thanks for the deficiency chart. i have seen this chart before but i have posted this thread because as per the chart i should have nitrogen deficiency while i have 50 PPM NO3.
